The Process
ECC takes the construction process one step at a time. This approach generates the highest level of customer satisfaction, which is our ultimate aim.
First and foremost, we discuss with you what you truly want. Sometimes you simply intend to fix an apparent problem. That’s fine, and we can accomplish that objective with alacrity. Other times you’re ready to dig deeper – maybe for a wholesale change to your living arrangements. Whether that means a new home or a makeover of your existing home, ECC can engineer either.
And the point here is that you need to know your options. On a free-of-charge basis, we will evaluate alternatives within your home remodeling budget and based on an informed set of expectations. We will thereafter produce a detailed proposal, including a 3D rendering of the work when sensible. This proposal takes into account your energy use and alternatives for optimum consumption; the return on investment of the project (which necessarily takes into account the length of time you intend to remain in the home); and finally, our proprietary cost-versus-value analytical model, which enables you to see pricing metrics and value upgrades through a transparent and easily digestible mechanism.
From there, we take several precautions when necessary. We evaluate the record plat for the property, a title report and/or survey and study the surface substrate. ECC then pulls permits and begins!
